Amy’s appointment is instrumental in advancing Imparja Television’s Strategic Plan and ensuring First Nations perspectives remain central to the organisation’s future.

Christopher Neade, Chair of the Board, stated:

“I thank Amy for her dedication to Imparja over the past 18 years and particularly her stewardship of the organisation since taking on the Acting CEO role in September 2024. Amy’s collaborative and inclusive leadership style, strategic insight, and passion for Aboriginal media make her the ideal choice to guide Imparja into its next chapter. The Board is confident that under Amy’s guidance, Imparja will continue to grow and strengthen as a leading Aboriginal broadcaster across the country.”

Amy Graham commented on her appointment:

“I am honoured to accept this role at an organisation with such a rich history and strong commitment to its communities. I look forward to working alongside the talented team at Imparja to embrace new opportunities, support First Nations storytelling, and ensure a sustainable and exciting future for our organisation.”
